“Build strength without pains”

Learn warrior fitness art from Kshakthiree award winner”
From the fear of going into wheelchair to teaching a warrior fitness art, my journey is completely remarkable.
I often get asked why I left my well-paid IT job as I had 7 years of experience in IT and I was continuing my work during my pregnancy and after the pregnancy as well.well initially I did not have plans to leave my job but wanted to have a year of break. At the same time in 2019 we shifted our base to Sharjah; I utilized the opportunity to take a year break and I also wanted to look after my 2.5 years old. everything went on well for few months before I started to feel weird nerve symptoms like numbness, tingling, headaches, fatigue, burning sensation all over, brain fog, digestion issues and blurred vision and what not. I was only in late 20s when I had these symptoms, so I was very freighted of what will life bring in. it totally affected my life quality, and I couldn’t devote time for my family, and I was in constant pain both physically and mentally. I shuttled between doctors both in India and UAE. They kept guessing and few said it is early symptoms of Multiple sclerosis (a nerve autoimmune disease). That very word gave me nightmares and peaked my already high anxieties. There is no cure for it in conventional medicine and it can only be managed still it can take you to wheelchairs. I traced back what could be the cause for such terrible illness.
I lost my dad at a tender age of 7. though we moved on, the trauma deeply intervened in my nerves. post anxieties, insecurities, environment I grew up slowly added fuel to the fire. I did not acknowledge any of those and kept on pursuing studies and then career and overlooked my health.
I went on to look for alternatives constantly. I modified my diet to non-inflammatory diet. I saw little improvement there. In the verge of search, I found Meipadam and Karlakattai, I thought why not give it a try as I had nothing to lose. That is where my journey of Meipadam and karlakattai started with the help coach Trusha. That opened a new chapter in my life. I went on to pursue certification under my warrior Guru Jothi Senthil kannan. Initially I was skeptical that how a warrior practice will help a chronic illness, but it did. In few months my symptoms got reversed (Thank God, I caught it early) and its intensity got reduced and was very much manageable.
I thought what if others like me needed it, I decided to fully involve myself in teaching and taking this divine art forward to reach as many people as possible. I was awarded with title Kshakthiree for my efforts and teaching Meipadam and taking the legacy forward.
This journey taught me, once you start acknowledging your pain, it will open to new doors, and you will become a better person both mentally and physically and you will reach your destiny that is meant to you for the greater purpose.
God always have better and different plans for us than we could have ever made for ourselves
