Why do we need to do every movement 108 times.?

The first answer would be repetitions will develop the muscles better. It activates every nerve plexes in the body. It would act as a massage for the organs and trigger healing. it will help with strengthening, flexibility and agility
you develop personality traits when you practice Meipadam and do the repetitions
A first trait for life you develop is patience :

    • As we repeat, we develop patience apart from the strengthening. And that’s the first thing you develop
      Repetitions gives you calmness and drives you to a meditative state.
    • Agility is nothing but good neuro-muscle coordination. This can be achieved only through movements that teach your brain to be able to control the movements even with distractions.

from my personal experience, am very much distracted from whatever I do before practicing Meipadam, after i started practicing i could able to do any work without much distractions, it eases out brain fog as well.
patience, faith, discipline is the key.
