Meipadam and Karlakattai is an ancient warrior fitness art which is 60000 years old and native to Tamilnadu. It is practiced by warriors and even common man in ancient times to keep themselves healthy, fit and free from diseases. It is a set of powerful moves which increases our mobility, flexibility and strength. It is done combined with a breathing technique called kshakthiriya pranayama. This unique combination of neuro muscular movements and breathing will keep us focused and circulate oxygen and blood evenly throughout the body and which makes it unique from other fitness practices.

As per human evolution, humans involve in activities like hunting, throwing, jumping and running, which involves all the muscles together, so thus, when trained individually it interrupts even blood flow through the nerves which leads to stroke and other vascular issues.
